Nice 1 bedroom + loft located first line and spectacular sea views. The apartment has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the summer correctly. The apartment Guardamar has 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds on groundfloor and 1 loft with double bed and air conditioning. From the living room is accessed via a wooden staircase to the loft bedroom with fitted out as a height of 1.40 minimum and 1.60 maximum. Nice living room with sea view, sofa and kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, , hob, fridge and freezer. The Guardamar complex has exceptional facilities, a large community pool, lush gardens and pine typically Mediterranean vegetation creates a really nice atmosphere. Is abut 1.5 km from the center of Miami Beach at Guardamar Urbanization 4 km before magífica beach sand.

Были уже не в первый раз. Сделан ремонт в ванной, однако не хватает нормальной шторки, порожка. Желательно сделать крепкие крючки для полотенец и мыльницы. В остальном квартира хорошая, появилась стиральная машина, сетка на окнах, сушилка для белья. see more

Все на хорошем уровне и, что немаловажно, все так же сохраняет некий дух, если не старины, то прежних поколений. К сожалению, уборка явно не везде. Ножи ужасные.
